3 men arrested for cocaine sale to undercover cop

Last week, three men were arrested on felony drug charges after law enforcement stated they sold cocaine to an undercover officer throughout various locations in Lincoln. 

29-year-old Justin Snelling, 28-year-old Khaeiry Kheder, and 26-year-old Ahmed Almusa are suspected of selling over 38 grams of cocaine between October and December of last year, totaling more than $3,700 in profit. The substance the men sold was confirmed to be cocaine according to lab tests conducted last month.

Prosecutors charged Almusa with three counts of delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and two counts of delivering a controlled substance. Snelling faces two counts of delivering a controlled substance and delivering a controlled substance charges. Kheder faces a delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school charge, as well as a delivering a controlled substance charge.

Delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school is considered a Class III felony, punishable up to a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and/or a $25,000 fine. While Snelling and Kheder are out on bond, Almusa remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.
